The Rossion Q1 is built to exacting standards in a state of the art manufacturing facility covering over 380,000 square feet and employing over 300 skilled technicians.Nearly all of the parts for the Rossion Q1 are produced in house. All of the major assemblies are manufactured on site, including the composite bodywork, metal stampings, tubular space frames, CNC machined uprights, and the fabrication of the coolers and manifolds as well as the hand crafted interiors.

While banks of CNC machines produce those special parts necessary to construct high performance sports cars, composite bodywork laid up by hand, then cured in an autoclave to eliminate warping and surface finish deterioration. Hours of hand finishing are followed by a flawless application of paint to produce a composite body with precise fit and a standard of finish that is second to none.

Rossion owners will be rewarded with a sports car differentiated from mass production cars. A precise low volume bespoke production process ensures the end result ,a stunning machine with precise body panel gaps and show quality paint finishes exhibiting no orange peel that is so common in today's luxury and sports car brands. Many hundreds of painstaking hours are spent on each new Rossion Q1, the entire production process is supervised with the human touch.
